Federal officers at the Otay Mesa port-of-entry facility last Sunday encountered a 46-calendar year-aged gentleman who was driving a tractor trailer that contains a huge cargo “manifested as onions,” Customs and Border Security (CBP) introduced in a news launch Friday.
