Gov. Ron DeSantis’s (R-FL) website crashed in various regions around the world on Thursday. The crash came one day after his presidential campaign announcement on Twitter Spaces crashed.
DeSantis announced his campaign on Wednesday in a Twitter Space, but his announcement was repeatedly delayed when the number of listeners appeared to overwhelm the server and eventually crash it. DeSantis’s rivals, including former President Donald Trump and President Joe Biden, capitalized on the slip-up.
