Ex-Mountain See instructor arrested on suspicion of inappropriately touching college student


MOUNTAIN Watch – A previous Mountain Watch Academy instructor and coach has been arrested on suspicion of “inappropriately and repeatedly” touching a former student, law enforcement mentioned.

Robert Hicks, 62, of Rocklin, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of oral copulation of a man or woman under the age of 18, molestation of a insignificant, and lewd and lascivious acts with a youngster, the Mountain Watch Law enforcement Division said in a information release.

Hicks is being held without the need of bail at the Santa Clara County jail.

An investigation was introduced in April 2020 just after a woman referred to as officers to report “inappropriate conduct” in between Hicks and a teenage female spouse and children member, police mentioned.
