Hayward gentleman arrested as suspect in weekend freeway shootings


CASTRO VALLEY — A 24-year-old gentleman was in county jail Monday just after his arrest on suspicion of multiple expenses in connection with freeway shootings in two counties in excess of the weekend, authorities said.
