San Jose: Male arrested, charged with environment fatal auto fireplace with sufferer sleeping inside of
SAN JOSE — A person has been billed with placing a vehicle hearth this past weekend that finished in the loss of life of a further male sleeping within, according to authorities.
Martin Gustavo Cabrera, 51, was billed with murder Wednesday in the Sunday demise at Barnard and Pomona avenues, in an industrial zone off Monterey Highway.
The San Jose Fire Department was referred to as at 5:47 a.m. Sunday for a report of a vehicle hearth. Responding firefighters found a tiny SUV “engulfed in flames,” fireplace spokeswoman Erica Ray mentioned. Soon after they put out the hearth, firefighters located a human being lifeless within the car.
The victim has not been publicly recognized pending his official identification and notification of his following of kin by the Santa Clara County Professional medical Examiner-Coroner’s Business office.
