Two males were arrested and billed with marketing stolen gas at a shut gasoline station in Virginia at a price cut.

Virginia Beach Law enforcement arrested Rashane Griffith, 24, and Devon Drumgoole, 21, Thursday after noticing a suspicious range of vehicles at a closed Citgo station.
