Montalvo Arts Center’s February lineup of performances and events includes an interactive dance class and musical performances. The venue is located at 15400 Montalvo Road in Saratoga.
Songs of Sinatra
Frank Sinatra cover singer Matt Dusk will make an appearance at Montalvo just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Dusk will sing Old Blue Eyes’ hits like “Come Fly With Me,” “I’ve Got You Under My Skin,” “Fly Me To The Moon” and “One for My Baby.” The concert will feature new arrangements by Grammy winners Pat Williams and Sammy Nestico.
The show kicks off at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 15.
Bollywood Meets Hollywood
The center will host a dance class where participants can learn a combination of Indian and American dance styles, as well as Charleston, disco, salsa and Bollywood.
The Bollywood Meets Hollywood dance class takes place Thursday, Feb. 16 at 5:30 p.m.
International Guitar Night
The world’s premier touring guitar festival is coming to Montalvo Arts Center. The show brings together acoustic guitarists from around the world for duets, solos and quartets that highlight the differences of each region.
Festival performers include Finnish jazz guitarist Oili Soikkeli, soloist and chamber musician Stephanie Jones, flamenco master Jesus Guerrero from Spain and Canadian traditional jazz guitarist and vocalist Jocelyn Gould.
The concert is set for Saturday, Feb. 25 at 7:30 p.m.
