Suspect in dying of Salinas police officer billed with murder

SALINAS — The Monterey County District Attorney’s Business declared Tuesday it has filed murder expenses towards Gustavo Matias Morales in the dying of Salinas law enforcement officer Jorge David Alvarado.

According to the DA’s Workplace, Alvarado initiated a targeted visitors cease Friday at about 10:41 p.m. on East Market place Road in Salinas.
